It still doesn't fit super tight either. I'm 159 cm / 69 kg 80D usually wear small/medium 38/40 at the top and both S and M would have suited me. But now I got small. The only downside with it is that it's only synthetic so it gets pilled quite easily under the arms. But so far with a few uses it looks great.
