The shoulder pads were a minus for me, and there were three women all in size large who tried it on, but it didn't fit nicely on any of us. Unfortunately, I returned it.

Very nice dress, and super comfortable to wear. Flattering fabric around the waist, so it doesn't matter if you have a few extra pounds on your stomach. I usually wear M/L in dresses, and chose L in this one. It fit perfectly! The fabric was very good against the skin. Recommended!
