I usually wear small/medium 38/40 on top and about M/L 42 on the bottom. Ordered both 38 40 and 42 of this because I didn't want to risk it running out and I needed to change to a size that wasn't available. So for reference. I could have had 38. It looked good. But 40 looked better so I decided. 42 was way too big. So I kept 40! There is still room above the bust. You can pull the elastic bands in the sleeves up over the elbows and let it puff up like a 3/4 sleeve, suitable for spring, summer and autumn. And for colder occasions you can wear it with full sleeves. The length on me reaches just to the ankles. Highly recommend it. Feels well-made and beautiful.
