How long is the gift card valid?
The gift card is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown in the gift card email.
How do I send the gift card to someone else?
Enter the recipient's name, email address and a personal message when you buy the gift card. They'll receive it by email together with your message and their unique code.
Can I send the gift card to myself?
Of course. Untick “Send the gift card directly to the recipient” and the gift card is sent to your own email. You can then forward it, print it or hand over the code in person.
How do I use the gift card?
Add your favourites to your bag and enter the gift card code at checkout. The amount is deducted from your total automatically.
Do I have to use the full amount at once?
No. Any remaining balance stays on the gift card and can be used on your next purchase, as long as the card is valid.
How do I check my balance?
Click “View gift card balance” in the gift card email. There you can see how much is left and how long the card is valid.
What if the gift card doesn't cover my order?
Simply pay the difference with any of our regular payment methods at checkout.
Is there a physical gift card?
The gift card is digital and sent by email. If you'd like to hand it over in person, you can print the email and put it in a nice envelope.
Can I use discount codes when buying a gift card?
No, discount codes and promotions can't be applied to gift card purchases. You can, however, use your gift card on items that are already reduced.
Can the gift card be exchanged for cash?
No, the gift card can't be exchanged for cash or returned.
